Liselotte Fierens

Post-Doctoral researcher

Liselotte Fierens successfully graduated from the Catholic University of Leuven as a biomedical scientist with specialisation in management and communication in June 2019. As the subject of her master thesis, she chose to investigate the collaboration between the general practitioner and the gastroenterologist in the treatment of patients with IBD. After a pleasant and educational year, she decided to stay in the Leuven IBD group to start a PhD. In this PhD Liselotte is managing several projects that all relate to quality of care for patients with IBD.
