Professor Ilse Hoffman is a pediatric gastroenterologist with a special interest in feeding problems, gastro - intestinal motility and inflammatory bowel disease.

She is head of the Pediatric Gastroenterology Department at the University Hospitals Leuven, Belgium and medical coordinator of the Pediatric Research Unit at the University Hospitals Leuven.
